One tool I could not live without is my iPad pro. Currently it has everything I need to make my work. It allows me to work from anywhere and share my work easily.

My palettes comes from all over, I have huge collections of inspirational material and I like to make my own color pallets for fun.

I create what I do because I want to make a world I’d like to live it. Common themes in my work include: being at rest, tranquil landscapes, and characters that I would like to hang out with.

I create the type of art I do because I’d like to see more thoughtful characters in the world. I ultimately hope that I create accessible images that can inspire others, especially children, to take up a tool and make something of their own.

My favorite part of the process is sketching. I tweak and doodle and build until a character or image feels familiar. It’s like meeting a new friend.
